What it is
Confidential counseling. I sit with the real version — the part that keeps going back to porn or compulsive sexual behavior even when you said you were done. Adults. Individual work, or couples work if that is the fit.
What it is not
A pep talk. A men's-only room. A public schedule. A promise that fear and shame will never show up again. Counseling is not emergency care.

Is this confidential?
Yes, within Tennessee law and professional ethics. You do not have to perform a cleaned-up version of the story to get in the room.
Do I have to be a man?
No. Individual and couples counseling is for adults of any gender. Rebuild is a separate lane: men’s groups, strictly for men.
Is this the same as Rebuild?
No. This is one-to-one or couples counseling with me. Rebuild is a men's group. If that is the room you need, start on the Rebuild page.
Online or in person?
Either. Offices in Franklin and Mt. Juliet, or telehealth anywhere in Tennessee.
Do I have to know what to say?
No. “I’d like a consult” is enough to start.
Will you work with my partner?
If couples work is the fit, yes. A consult is where I say whether I think I am the right person for that room.
