Hello! I'm Derek. My focus is helping adults, high achievers, leaders, influencers, athletes, business owners, individuals, and couples heal from their hidden struggles. Clients come to me when they feel stuck in anxiety, burnout, sexual addiction, relationship breakdown, identity crisis, or past trauma, despite their external accomplishments. By blending clinical expertise with real-world experience, I offer therapy that's safe, transformative, and results-focused. I guide clients toward lasting change, empowering them to reclaim clarity, connection, integrity, and confidence in every part of their lives. When requested, I also offer Christian-integrated therapy.
