The Green Room

You're On All the Time. This Is the Room Where You Get to Be Off.

Private counseling for artists, athletes, and public figures who need a confidential room — not another audience. Off-hours and virtual sessions. Franklin and Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, and telehealth across the state.

The Cost of Holding It Together in Public

The work of looking fine does not stay on stage. It follows you into the car, the hotel, and the hours nobody is watching. Mental health for public figures is often treated like a liability. It is a human cost.

What Makes The Green Room Different

  • Discretion

This is confidential counseling — not a story that leaves the room. No insurance records. Confidential space.

  • Language of the industry

You do not have to translate a call time, a locker room, a tour, or a public-facing calendar into something a counselor can understand.

  • Calendar

Off-hours and virtual sessions, so the work can meet a season, a tour, or a week that does not look like an office week.

  • The person, not the portfolio

I am not here for the credits. I am here for the version of you that does not get a public hour.

You Don't Need a Fan. You Need a Counselor.

I am not here to be impressed. I am here to sit with the version of you that doesn't get a public hour.

I work with artists, athletes, and public figures who are tired of holding it together for everyone else. The Green Room is private-pay counseling close to Nashville: offices in Franklin and Mt. Juliet, and telehealth across Tennessee.

How It Works

  1. Request a confidential consultation. You do not have to have the right words.
  2. We talk through fit, confidentiality, calendar, and whether this room is the right one.
  3. If it is a fit, we start. Nothing is treatment until you say so.

Services

What Happens in This Room

Counseling here is confidential within Tennessee law and professional ethics. It's private-pay, so nothing goes through insurance unless you choose to file.

Offices in Franklin and Mt. Juliet, and telehealth across Tennessee. Confidential counseling in Nashville and Middle Tennessee without a waiting-room story.

Fees & Access

Private-pay keeps this work off insurance records. That's the point for people whose name, schedule, or livelihood can't afford a paper trail.

Rates are discussed on a confidential consultation.

If you'd rather seek out-of-network reimbursement, I can give you a superbill. Filing it does create an insurance record, so we'll talk through that tradeoff first.

FAQ

Do I have to be famous?

No. Fame is not the entrance requirement. The Green Room is for artists, athletes, and public figures — and for people whose work or name makes ordinary counseling feel unsafe. You do not need a headline to need a confidential room.

Where are you located? Can this be virtual?

Offices in Franklin and Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, and telehealth anywhere in Tennessee. I'm licensed in Tennessee, so virtual sessions are for clients located in Tennessee.

Do you travel?

Travel and off-site sessions can be talked through on a confidential consultation when the calendar or the work requires it. Most work happens in Franklin, Mt. Juliet, or by telehealth in Tennessee. Telehealth sessions are for clients physically located in Tennessee at the time of the session. If you’re on tour or traveling out of state, we’ll plan around it.

Can my agent or manager set this up?

Yes. An agent, manager, or someone in your inner circle can request the consult. I will still need to speak with you before anything becomes treatment. Discretion applies to that first conversation too.

Do you take insurance?

No. This is private-pay counseling, so there's no insurance record unless you choose to create one. Rates are discussed on a confidential consultation. A superbill is available if you decide to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

What if I had bad prior therapy?

A bad room does not mean you cannot have a good one. A consult is where we talk through what did not work, whether I am a fit, and whether this is the right next step. I will say if I am not.
