This is a counseling practice site. What you write here is not a clinical record, and this page is not a substitute for the written informed-consent documents you receive if you become a client.

Who we are

This website represents Derek Evans Counseling at Alliance Counseling: Derek Evans, M.A., LPC-MHSP(A).

What this site collects

The contact form asks only for your name, email, an optional phone number, and a short note about what brings you. Submitting it emails that note to derek@derekevanscounseling.com through an email delivery service. This site does not store submissions in a CRM or create a clinical record. If you prefer not to use the form, write derek@derekevanscounseling.com or call 615-538-7577.

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics pixels. Hosting may log standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Confidentiality

Therapy communications are confidential within the limits of Tennessee law and professional ethics. Email and web forms are convenient, not perfectly private. Do not send urgent clinical details or crisis information through this site.
