What a consult actually looks like

A consult is a free 15-minute first conversation, by phone or video. It is not a trap, and it is not the start of treatment unless you decide it is.

You tell me what you are walking in with — as much or as little as you want on a first call. I tell you how I work: confidential counseling, first person, one room at a time.

I will say whether I think I am a fit. If I am not, I will say that too. You do not owe me a yes at the end of the call.
